Bundy Red Mojo

Ingredients:
60ml Bundy Red UP, ½ Lime, 4 Mint leaves,
Sugar syrup, Lemonade
Method:
Made like a traditional mojito. Muddle lime & add mint leaves, Bundy Red, sugar syrup, ice. Shake and pour into highball and top with lemonade. Absolutely beautiful! Contains approx. 1.8 Standard Drinks.

Bundy Rum Snatch Mix:

30ml Bundy Rum, a dash of Roses lime and fill glass with Bundy Ginger beer.

California Blossom:

30ml Bundaberg Rum.

30ml Orange Curacao. 30ml orange juice.

15ml cream. Shake with ice, strain and serve in a cocktail glass. Garnish: Orange wedge.

Bundy Don Juan:

Prepare this drink carefully. Moisten the edge of a stemmed wine glass with Bundaberg Rum. Dip into sugar and frost the edge of the glass. Pour in 4 teaspoons of warmed crème de cacao. Continue the flaming until the sugar browns. Top with hot coffee and a collar of whipped cream.

Cane Cutter:

Bundaberg Rum and water. What a thirst quencher!

Cocoa Banana:

30ml Bundaberg Rum. 15ml Galliano. 90ml

coconut cream. 1/3 fresh banana. Dash

cream de bananas. Combine all ingredients

in a blender. Blend well with ice and serve

in a large cocktail glass. Garnish: a slice of banana (skin on).

Coffee Supreme:

Boil milk and add 20ml of Millaquin/White Rum per cup. Boil again and pour on to instant coffee.

Cow Lick:

30ml Bundaberg Rum Royal Liqueur. 15ml

vodka. 60ml milk. Pour into a tall glass with

ice and stir. Garnish: Chocolate flakes

and a strawberry.

Darren Lockyer 6yo Release Mojito

Ingredients:

60ml Darren Lockyer 6yo Release, ½ lime,

4 mint leaves, 15ml Sugar syrup, soda water,

ice

Method:

Muddle lime and combine with 4 fresh mint leaves and sugar syrup. Pour into highball glass with crushed ice and top with soda.
